The Serene Sunset Arena, due to its continous usage by intermediate and expert Marksmen alike, may probably be the strongest building site apart from the divine influence of the indestructible Magistrates. Due to its incantation history, this huge room is protected to the point of, if by certain misfortune the Serene Sunset were to ever collapse or be demolished, the Arena will still stand. Hence automatically considering the Tavern itself as an immediate national land mark, because of certain calculations of the labor it would take to restation the Arena to a supposeable new location. For destruction is not an available option.
